What is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo, meaning "the way of the hand and foot," is a general term used to describe Korea's national sport.
As well as the kicking and striking techniques, Taekwon-Do teaches practical self defence, and promotes physical fitness, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.

Training
Training consists of warm up, stretching, kicking and hand techniques, Self defense moves, patterns and free sparing.
Membership
Training Fees:
Students $40.00 per month
Adults $50 per month
Family deals available.
There is grading every four months.
Students are required to have :
• A Good Attitude
• Dobok (Uniform)
• Drink Bottle
• New Students can train in track Pants and T shirt until they purchase their uniform (Dobok).
