End of year 12/18/2009
 
We have finished training for the year. Classes will start on the first Monday of the new school term - 1st Feb 2010. 

We would like to thank everyone for their support and attendance over the past year and we look forward to the start of a new year and meeting new members.
 
 
Videos of Basics patterns 1,2,3 and a down loadable sheet of commands and counting in Korean just added to the reference section of the website site.
 
 

Welcome to our new website. It has been developed to be used by both our members and those looking to join our club.

Over time it will also have lots of useful information about Taekwondo. For instance, videos of patterns and how to tie your belt. There is also information on warming up and stretching.

In the very near future there will also be information about health and fitness.
